Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping: We use various delivery services, so therefore prices may vary.
Delivery Time: 1-5 business days (may take up to 10 business days during sales or product launches).
Surcharges: In rare cases, a surcharge may apply for high-risk or remote areas. This will be communicated to the customer, and the surcharge must be paid by the customer.
Delivery Issues: If the courier and Luxura are unable to reach the customer for delivery, the order will be returned to our warehouse. The cost of re-shipping the parcel will be borne by the customer.

Bring your confirmation email to collect your order from our HQ during operating hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Orders must be collected within 10 business days, or they will be canceled.

We ship internationally via DHL Express.
International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and may be charged by your country's customs authorities.
